Principal Consultant: Kylie Philippe
Kylie has a background in teaching and assessment, course development, editing, and research ethics in the tertiary education sector prior to entering the aviation industry. She has now spent 13 years in the aviation industry with a major airline as an operational crew member, taking on extra roles in HF/CRM training, co-ordinating trainers, and internal cabin auditing. In 2006, Kylie commenced a business venture developing and delivering Human Factors and CRM courses, as well as some general aviation consulting.
